About the DJ
Transit (Steve Tran) started his journey young — inspired by hip-hop culture and driven by curiosity. His first paid gig came at his grade school, where he invested in his own sound system and never looked back.
From working with one of the Tri-State’s biggest entertainment companies in high school to spinning at the hottest bars and clubs while attending Drexel University, Transit quickly earned a name for himself as a DJ who understands how to move a crowd.
Over the years, he’s performed across Atlantic City, Baltimore, Boston, Dallas, D.C., Chicago, Jersey, Memphis, and New York, mastering the art of reading the room and keeping the dance floor alive. Beyond the booth, he’s also built a thriving creative career in photography, videography, and digital photo booths, all while continuing to create unforgettable experiences with Remixologists.
